Collect tenant application documents, complete and on time

For every applicant, one link: they upload their ID, payslips and references, and Requester reminds them until the application is complete. You compare full files, not half-empty inboxes.

One request per applicant

A popular listing brings dozens of applicants and hundreds of attachments. Send each applicant a request that names the documents you need, with a due date. Their answers arrive organised, one per applicant, ready to compare.

  • Identity document
  • Recent payslips or proof of income
  • Employment contract or employer certificate
  • Previous landlord reference or rent receipts
  • Any document required by local practice, such as a debt-collection extract in Switzerland

Only ask for what you may ask for

Many countries limit the documents a landlord or agency may request from an applicant. Check the rules where the property is, and keep your request to what they allow: Requester lets you list exactly those documents and nothing more.

Reminders for the missing pieces

Applicants forget a payslip or send the wrong page. Requester reminds them until they answer, so you are not the one chasing, and incomplete files do not slow down the decision.

Sensitive data, deleted after use

  • Applicants need no account: a short email code opens the page.
  • Files are virus-scanned and encrypted while stored.
  • Everything is deleted automatically after you download it, which helps you keep only what you need.

How it works

  1. 1

Send a request to each applicant

List the documents your rules allow and set a due date.

  2. 2

    Applicants upload their file

From a phone or computer, without an account, in their language.

  3. 3

    Compare complete applications

Download each file when it is complete; it is then deleted.
