Send a PDF to fill and sign, get it back signed
Mandates, engagement letters, forms, contracts: attach the PDF to your request, mark where to sign and what to fill. Your client does it in the browser, without printing, scanning or creating an account.
Mark where to sign and what to fill
Open the PDF in the editor and place the fields your client must complete. Required fields block sending until they are done, so nothing comes back half signed.
- Signature and initials, drawn or typed
- Text, date and tick boxes, anywhere on the page
- The PDF’s own form fields, filled in place
- Test: fill it in as your client will, before sending
Your client signs in the browser
On a phone or a computer, one tap on “Sign here” applies their signature. The signed copy lands in the right place of their answer and you are notified. You can countersign it and send it back in a new request.
A library for the documents you send again and again
On the Pro plan, keep your forms and contracts with their fields in a document library and attach them in one click. On the Team plan, the organisation shares one library, managed by owners and admins.
Private by design
- The PDF is filled and signed in the browser: it is never edited on our servers.
- Every file is virus-scanned and encrypted with its own key.
- Files are deleted after you download them.
- Operated in Switzerland; files stored in the EU.
How it works
- 1
Attach the PDF
Add it to a document of your request, upload it or pick it from your library, and place the fields.
- 2
Your client fills and signs
They open the link, fill the fields, sign in one tap and send, without an account.
- 3
Get the signed copy
It arrives with the answer, encrypted. Download it, countersign it if needed.
